This is Erik Vilde! Erik is a Swedish troubadour and singer-songwriter known for his humorous and satirical songs. One of his most notable works is the song “Negerboll”, which he published on YouTube in 2007. The song uses a satirical tone to comment on the debate surrounding the naming of chocolate balls and has gained significant attention online.
After battling a brain tumor, Erik Vilde made a musical comeback, participating in “Svensktoppen nästa” on P4 Västmanland with the song “Ta en dag i taget” (“Take One Day at a Time”). He has also appeared on various radio programs, including “Lyssnarnas julkonsert” (“Listeners’ Christmas Concert”) on P4 Västmanland, where he performed songs such as “Jul i mitt hjärta” (“Christmas in My Heart”) and “I granens silvertrådar” (“In the Silver Threads of the Tree”).
